MENTEE is committed to empowering the next generation of changemakers through impactful fellowship programs. Our fellowships provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and a supportive community to help individuals grow and make a difference. As an example of our Fellowships, we are highlighting Design By Her, a program that exemplifies our mission by fostering creativity, innovation, and leadership among emerging designers. Design by Her
December – March
The Design by Her Fellowship is dedicated to empowering emerging designers. This program provides mentees with opportunities to refine their design skills, collaborate on real-world projects, and receive guidance from industry experts. It fosters creativity, innovation, and inclusivity, shaping the future of design.
Lead by Her
May – August
The aim of this program was to empower women with leadership skills to address current personal and professional challenges. The fellowship was conducted with the support of seven mentors from different parts of the world. The curriculum covered both basic and advanced leadership topics.
Code with Her
May – October
The aim of this program was to empower students with data analysis skills using Python. The program was conducted in two classes: Beginner Level and Intermediate Level, for those with basic knowledge who wanted to advance their skills in data analysis.
She Speaks English
May – September
The aim of this fellowship was to empower the Afghanistan women’s soccer team and Manizha Talash, an Afghan breakdancer, by improving their English language skills and helping them express themselves more confidently.
